This policy explains what personal information StampLeatherCo (operated by EverlastingCraftStudios LLC, 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA) collects when you visit stampleather.co or buy from us, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it.
The short version: we collect what a shop needs to sell you a stamp and ship it to you. We don't sell your data, and email marketing is opt-in with a working unsubscribe link.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and what you bought. Payment details are collected and processed by our payment processors — we never see or store your full card number.
When you email us: whatever you choose to tell us, kept with the conversation so we can help you next time.
When you send custom artwork: the files you send, kept as long as needed to make your stamp and handle any remake.
When you browse: like nearly every online store, our platform and its services use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, measure how the site is used, and support advertising. Device, browser and IP information comes with that. Our store runs on Shopify; Shopify's cookie details are at shopify.com/legal/cookies. You can limit or delete cookies in your browser settings, though checkout needs some of them to function.
What we use it for
- Making, shipping and supporting your order — including sharing your delivery details with the carriers who transport it.
- Answering your emails.
- Sending order emails (confirmations, tracking, refunds) — these aren't marketing and can't be opted out of while an order is active.
- Marketing emails, only if you signed up for them; every one carries an unsubscribe link that works.
- Advertising and analytics, to understand what sells and reach people who might like brass stamps.
- Fraud prevention and legal compliance.
Who it's shared with
Service providers who make the store work: Shopify (hosting), payment processors (including PayPal), shipping carriers, our email provider, and analytics/advertising partners. Each receives what it needs for its job and no more, under its own privacy terms.
Our Serbian company Morando Team in Novi Sad — the workshop where your stamp is made and packed — sees order details. Wherever your data travels, this policy follows it.
We disclose data where the law requires it, and it would transfer as an asset if the business were ever sold. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Correspondence is kept while it's useful for supporting you. Custom artwork is kept while a remake could still be needed. When there's no longer a reason to hold something, it goes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR in Europe and the CCPA in California), you can ask us: what we hold about you; to correct it; to delete it; to give you a copy; to stop using it for marketing; or to restrict how it's used. Email info@stampleather.co and we'll handle it — we may ask you to confirm you are who you say you are, and we answer within the time your local law sets. We will never treat you worse for exercising a privacy right.
If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
The store isn't aimed at children and we don't knowingly collect their data. If a child has given us theirs, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top.
