Terms of service

Last updated: 17 August 2026

Who we are

StampLeatherCo is a brand of Morando Team PR Mirko Suka, our family workshop business in Novi Sad, Serbia, where every stamp is designed and made. This store is operated by our American company, EverlastingCraftStudios LLC, registered at 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. When you buy from stampleather.co, EverlastingCraftStudios LLC is the seller and the party you contract with.

The workshop is Serbian; the store company is American; we're upfront about both.

Contact: info@stampleather.co — Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 CET. Email is our only support channel, and a real person answers.

1. These terms

By using stampleather.co or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they reference: our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies, and the "Last updated" date tells you when it changed.

2. Buying from us

To place an order you must be at least the age of majority where you live, and the details you give us — name, address, email, payment information — must be accurate. A mistyped address is the single most common cause of a lost parcel, so please check yours.

We may refuse or cancel an order — for example when a payment can't be verified, a design can't be manufactured at the size ordered, or a pricing error slipped through. If we cancel, we tell you why and refund you in full immediately.

3. Our products

Everything we sell is made to order in our workshop. Nothing sits on a shelf.

Published dimensions are the overall size of the stamp face, rounded to the nearest millimetre. Hand-finished tools carry small natural variations, and the impression a stamp leaves in leather depends on the leather, the casing and the strike — product photos show real impressions, but yours may differ slightly. Colours also vary by screen.

Our stamps are deep-cutting tools designed for vegetable-tanned leather, lightly cased, about 3 mm thick or more. They are hand tools; use them sensibly.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We accept major cards and PayPal; payment is taken at checkout through secure third-party payment processors, and we never see or store your full card details.

A note for your bank statement: card payments are processed by Stripe under our American company, so the charge may appear as EverlastingCraftStudios rather than StampLeatherCo. PayPal payments appear as MorandoTeam — our company in Serbia. Either way, it's us; don't let the different name worry you.

Prices can change at any time, but never for an order you've already placed. Where a clear pricing error occurs we may correct it — if that affects an order you've placed, we'll contact you with the choice to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Import duties and taxes charged by your country are your responsibility — see our Shipping Policy.

5. Making and shipping your order

Production takes 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping service you choose; checkout shows an estimated delivery window in business days, for your address, before you pay. Every order is tracked.

The full details — costs, free-shipping thresholds, customs, wrong addresses, lost parcels — are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Cancellations and changes

There is no cancellation fee.

Before production starts: email info@stampleather.co with your order number and we'll cancel and refund you in full. Most orders go on the machine within 1–2 business days, so write as soon as you can.

After production starts: if your stamp is already being cut, we may not be able to stop it. The order then stands — but you're still covered by our 30-day return policy once it's delivered, so you are never left without a way out.

Changes: need a different size, a different design, or a corrected address? Email us. If we haven't started making it, changes are usually no problem at all.

Custom orders: a custom stamp can be cancelled free of charge any time before you approve the proof. After proof approval we start machining, and because the tool can't be sold to anyone else, custom orders can't be cancelled from that point. Section 8 has the details.

7. Returns and refunds

You may return catalogue items within 30 days of delivery — counted from delivery, not from purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, that's our mistake and our cost: we replace or refund in full, shipping included.

The full process is in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Custom stamps

We cut custom stamps from customer-supplied artwork. The process: you send artwork or a sketch, we prepare a proof, and nothing is machined until you approve that proof in writing (email counts).

Because a stamp cut from your artwork can't be sold to anyone else, custom work is final sale once the proof is approved. If what arrives is faulty or doesn't match the approved proof, we remake it free of charge.

By sending us artwork you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that having us cut it into a stamp infringes nobody else's rights. You're responsible for claims arising from artwork you supply. We keep no rights over your artwork beyond what we need to make your stamp, and we may decline a custom job at our discretion.

9. Wholesale

We sell to businesses directly from the workshop: minimum order 50 pieces in any mix, 50% off retail prices, made to order in around two weeks plus shipping.

Wholesale orders are arranged by email at info@stampleather.co. The terms we confirm in writing for your order — pricing, shipping, delivery — apply to that order alongside these Terms of Service, and take precedence over the retail-facing policies where they differ.

10. Your leatherwork, our designs

What you make with our stamps is yours. Leather goods you stamp with our tools are your work, and you can sell them freely — no licence, no attribution, no strings.

The stamp designs themselves are ours. Our catalogue of around 750 designs is drawn in-house and is the intellectual property of our companies, Morando Team and EverlastingCraftStudios LLC. Buying a stamp licenses you to stamp leather with it, not to copy the design to manufacture or sell stamping tools. The same goes for the site's content, photography and branding.

11. Acceptable use

Don't use the site or our products for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful; don't attempt to interfere with the site's operation; don't misuse other people's data found through the site. We may refuse service where these terms are violated.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We work hard to keep product information accurate, but the site is provided "as is" and we can't promise it is always complete, current or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverlastingCraftStudios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in them takes away consumer rights you hold under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify EverlastingCraftStudios LLC, Morando Team and StampLeatherCo against claims arising from your breach of these terms — including claims arising from artwork you supply for custom work (section 8).

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not displace mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

15. Housekeeping

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we don't enforce a provision at some moment, we haven't waived it. These terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us about the store.
