20. Returns You may request a return within 45 days of purchase. Refund or product replacement is available. Used items cannot be returned. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

21. Order Confirmation After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We will notify you if the item is unavailable or backordered.
22. Shipping Orders in stock will ship within 2–5 business days. Tracking info will be emailed within 24 hours after dispatch.
Standard shipping delivery time is up to 30 calendar days. Express shipping, where available, is delivered within 5–7 business days. If you do not receive your package within this timeframe, please contact us to investigate the delay.
23. Damages Inspect packages upon delivery. If damaged, send photos to info@stampleather.co and we will assist with a claim.
24. Cancellations Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a €20 processing fee. If already shipped, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
