We currently ship to the following regions:

  • European Union

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • Other international destinations (where available)


2. Shipping Costs & Additional Charges

Shipping charges ( if any)for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Processing & Shipping Times

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET will be processed on the same day.

Processing Time: 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Estimated Transit Times:

  • Standard Shipping : Up to 30 calendar days

  • Express Shipping (where available): 5–7 business days

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.


4. Delays

Shipping may be delayed due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Customs clearance

  • Unforeseen logistical disruptions

If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

EverlastingCraftStudios LLC - Stamp Leather Co. is not liable for lost or damaged shipments resulting from carrier errors or negligence. If your order arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and contact the carrier to initiate a claim.

If you purchased Shipping Protection, please submit a claim first via our tracking page using the SEEL link provided in your order confirmation or shipment email. If you're unable to receive support through that process, feel free to contact us directly with photos at info@stampleather.co, and we will assist with processing your reimbursement.
