Stamp Leather Co accepts returns and issues refunds under the conditions outlined below.
Who is Eligible
We accept returns for most products within 45 days from the date of purchase, as long as:

It is in its original condition and packaging

It is not a custom-made or personalized item (unless defective)
Used or damaged items not caused by our error are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Start a Return

Wait for approval and receive your Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return address
We do not accept returns without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Late or Missing Refunds
