Returns & Refunds Policy – Stamp Leather Co (operated by EverlastingCraftStudios LLC)

Stamp Leather Co accepts returns and issues refunds under the conditions outlined below.


Who is Eligible

We accept returns for most products within 45 days from the date of purchase, as long as:

  • The product is unused

  • It is in its original condition and packaging

  • It is not a custom-made or personalized item (unless defective)

Used or damaged items not caused by our error are not eligible for return or refund.


How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Email us at info@stampleather.co or call +1 307-392-4809

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos or video if applicable

  3. Wait for approval and receive your Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return address

We do not accept returns without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Use a trackable mail service — we are not responsible for lost returns


Refund Timeline & Method

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • You will be notified by email about the status of your refund

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)


Shipping Protection (Optional)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you don’t see your refund:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again

  2. Contact your payment provider — some refunds take up to 30 days to post
